The Annie E. Casey Foundation hosted a staff appreciation reception at the Lord Baltimore Hotel to celebrate employee contributions and create a fun, memorable experience for their team. They wanted a professional photo booth that could produce high-quality prints to fit the commemorative frames they planned to gift staff during the event.
The Challenge
The primary challenge was coordinating exact print dimensions in advance so the Foundation could order custom frames prior to the event. This required precise planning, clear communication, and flawless execution to ensure every printed photo fit perfectly.
